I'm Pamela

Positive psychology practitioner and wellbeing coach, dedicated to helping you live with more peace, purpose, and happiness.

I believe that our wellbeing is so much more than just nutrition and fitness. It’s a state of mind, connection, experiences, healing, growth and self care. It’s about cultivating joy, building resilience, living fully, and being unapologetically aligned with a life that lights you up.

Here I share all the knowledge and tools I know, from ancient practices to contemporary scientific approaches, to help you slow down, tune in, and cultivate a life well lived.

By emphasising our individual strengths, talents and resources, we can intentionally increase our happiness and optimise our wellbeing leading to increased productivity, more resilience to stress, a more altruistic approach to helping others, and it can even lead to a healthier and longer life!
